1. Custom Orders & Personalization
All items are handmade and customized based on the details you provide. Please double-check spelling, colors, sizes, and personalization requests before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

2. Payment Terms
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept major payment methods as listed on our sales platforms. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

3. Production & Shipping
Production times vary depending on the item and order volume. Estimated processing times are listed in each product description. Shipping timelines are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or incorrect shipping information.

4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on personalized items. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

5. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun. After that, cancellations are not possible.

6. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content are the property of our business and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. Communication & Conduct
We value respectful communication. Harassment, abusive language, or fraudulent claims will result in refusal of service and potential reporting to platform administrators.

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our shop page and will apply to future orders.
