Damaged or Incorrect Items
While we do not accept returns, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or we made an error in customization, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll work with you to make it right.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already begun. After that, cancellations are not possible due to the custom nature of our work.
