Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the United States only, with reliable delivery options to get your custom pieces to you safely. If you’re local to the Palmetto, FL area, we also offer free local pickup, making it easy to grab your order quickly and skip shipping altogether.
How long does shipping take?
Every item is made to order, so processing typically takes 3–5 business days before your order ships or is ready for local pickup. This allows time for embroidery, printing, personalization, and quality checks to make sure your piece is perfect.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to follow your package’s journey. You can check updates anytime to see when it’s out for delivery or has arrived. For local pickup orders, you’ll get a notification as soon as your items are ready to be picked up.
Returns
How do I return an item?
Returns are accepted for unused, unworn, and unwashed items that are not personalized. Because custom and made‑to‑order pieces are created specifically for you, they’re non‑returnable unless there is an issue with the quality or an error on our end. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, just reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
