Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship via USPS or UPS. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Delivery times vary by location and carrier, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Occasionally, we offer free or discounted shipping promotions—follow us on social media to stay updated!

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or resolving the issue.

Local Pickup or Delivery
We may offer local pickup or delivery for select areas. If available, details will be listed in the product description or checkout options.

International Shipping
